Adam Lawrence

The creator of “The Wheel of Sustainability,” Adam Lawrence is an industry expert, speaker, and author who directly works with and empowers teams to sustainably solve critical business problems. Adam coaches, mentors, and facilitates leaders and teams to deliver sustainable, breakthrough business results. Adam founded Process Improvement Partners LLC in 2018. He has 35+ years of process improvement experience helping businesses in manufacturing, distribution, and service industries.

Based in Lancaster PA with his wife and son (his Board of Directors), Adam is ready to help you and your team anywhere in the world.

Cody Bateman

In 1994 Cody Bateman utilized his knowledge of advanced analytics and database management to help define and promote the concept of Data Warehousing and is still globally recognized as one of the founders of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Data Mining. He received his Six-Sigma Master Black Belt certification when working with GE Medical Systems in 1998 and later doubled the number of black belts when he was a Director of Internet Services at Verizon. After three successful start-ups, Cody is back assisting corporations and non-profit organizations create a culture of continuous improvement. Serving more than 80 clients over the last 30 years in 11 countries, he has experience in almost all business sectors.

Office Manager

Peggy Lawrence

Peggy Lawrence has been utilizing Lean and Kaizen thinking in the management of all family operations in the years that she has been married to Adam. Her organization skills and customer first approach help to ensure all aspects of support are well thought out, with great care given to the needs of clients.

Having moved all around the country, she brings a diversity in approach to the management of office operations and customer contact. Keeping Adam grounded and focused, she provides balance and structure to this growing concern.

Sadie

Sadie joined Process Improvement Partners LLC in March 2021 and is responsible for keeping us on our toes. She specializes in playing, chewing, barking, and marketing. She is especially interested in “dog-earing” the pages of Adam’s book!

Born December 24, 2020, we’re so happy that she’s in our lives and look forward to the day that her puppy teeth fall out!
